Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sentrial platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including users in the Early Access program.

2. Early Access Program

Access to Sentrial is currently restricted to users who have been approved through our whitelist process. Approval is at Sentrial's sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the Early Access period, with or without cause.

Early Access is provided free of charge or at a discounted rate. Pricing, features, and terms may change when the Service becomes generally available.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: — Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service — Use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with other users — Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@sentrial.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Data and Trace Content

You retain ownership of all trace data and content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Sentrial a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your data to train models or share it with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs with or without advance notice. Enterprise customers are subject to a separate SLA agreement.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy. You may request a data export before terminating your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sentrial makes no warranty that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
