Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email address, company name, and job role when you register for early access or contact us.
When you use the Sentrial platform, we collect trace data you instrument via the Sentrial SDK. This includes session metadata, tool call events, LLM call events, and timing information. We do not collect the raw content of your LLM prompts or responses unless you explicitly opt in to full payload capture. All payloads are scrubbed for common PII patterns (email addresses, phone numbers, names) before storage.
We also collect standard usage and analytics data, including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: — Provide, operate, and improve the Sentrial platform — Process your early access application and manage your account — Send transactional emails (account confirmations, alerts, invoices) — Respond to your inquiries and provide support — Monitor platform security and detect abuse — Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your trace data to train models or share it with other customers.
3. Data Retention
Trace data is retained for the period covered by your plan (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Pro, custom for Enterprise). After this window, trace data is permanently deleted. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@sentrial.co.
4. Data Security
Sentrial uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication. We maintain detailed audit logs of all access to customer data. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification, expected in late 2026.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), error tracking, and payment processing (Stripe). Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sentrial.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
8. Contact
For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at privacy@sentrial.co or by mail at Sentrial, Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA.
